Company Team & Performance Group
Our Company Team and Performance Group is designed for dedicated dancers who are ready for advanced training, performance, and competitive opportunities.
Dancers are selected through an audition process held during the summer and are chosen based on ability, commitment, and readiness for a more focused training experience.
Program Overview
Company Team dancers receive advanced technical training while developing artistry, confidence, and teamwork. This program encourages growth both on and off the stage, helping dancers reach their full potential in a supportive and motivating environment.
Training & Opportunities
Throughout the season, our Company Team participates in dance conventions and competitions both in and out of Alabama. Dancers have the opportunity to train with professional instructors from across the country, including New York, Chicago, and other major dance hubs.
These events provide valuable exposure, inspiration, and opportunities to earn awards and scholarships.
Selection & Commitment
Placement on the Company Team is determined by the discretion of the studio director and is based on a dancer’s technique, performance quality, focus, and dedication.
This program requires a higher level of commitment than recreational classes and is best suited for dancers who are excited to grow through consistent training and performance.
